Video introduction to meditation
Studies have shown that true healing starts in the mind. Thoughts create vibration– vibrations reflect themselves in the structure of our cells. When we are sick and the body is in pain, it can be a challenge to take our mind off of the current challenges. Using breathing techniques and meditation gives us the ability to disrupt the current patterns of beliefs and habits enabling us to heal from within.
